Thịt heo rửa sạch, để ráo nước, băm nhỏ, cho ra tô. Tôm rửa sạch, bóc vỏ, băm nhỏ.
Hành tím bóc vỏ, đập giập, băm nhỏ. Gừng rửa sạch, đập giập, cắt nhỏ. Ớt, hành lá, rau răm, thì là rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Lá lốt rửa sạch, để ráo nước.
Cho tôm đã băm nhuyễn vào tô thịt, đập vào 2 trứng gà. Tiếp theo cho hành, gừng, ớt, hành lá, rau răm, thì là, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt vào trộn đều tay.
Lấy 1 chiếc lá lốt, múc một ít nhân đã trộn đều cho vào và cuộn lại là ta đã được chiếc chả lá lốt rất đẹp mắt. Tiếp tục cuộn từng chiếc chả một cho đến khi nào hết thịt thì thôi.
Đặt chảo lên bếp, cho dầu vào đun thôi, gắp từng chiếc chả cho vào chảo chiên. Đun nhỏ lửa, cho chả chín đều vàng thì tắt bếp.
Gắp chả ra đĩa là chúng ta đã được một đĩa chả lá lốt vô cùng hấp dẫn.
